This fund offers a one-time assistance payment of up to $450 per year to maintain or restore service.

Benefit: Up to $450 once per year.

​

Eligibility: Household earnings at, or below, 300 percent of the federal poverty guidelines.  A consumer must be reconnecting service or have a disconnection notice.

​

Availability: Once in a rolling 12-month period.

​
